I can't imagine all the other misdiagnosis if this happened to me twice. I pray there aren't a lot of others, human and animal that are suffering and or dying due to their malpractice. This is the second time they have put an animal's health in jeopardy. I would never trust this labs with any future reports. And again, ***** is very rude and refuses to pass my call onto any manager or upper management. I have called antech two times to get reimbursed for the cost to the second vet I had to take my dog to to confirm that my dog was not INFESTED with dangersous worms that could have severely harm both of us. Again, due to their horriblepractices at this medical lab that you would assume would be more careful, I haven't heard $500 in vet bills and another dog is very sick and needs to see a vet ASAP. Sadly there's another dog out there that is very, very, very sick that will not get the medical treatment it needs because the lab crossed up reports. But there are other vets involved that I had to go to for second and third opinions on top of $139 bottle of dewormer. My vet has already refunded my money for the lab fee so he can be reimbursed by this company's malpractice. I have notified the company, *****, two times to no avail. Due to faulty testing which led to a misdiagnosis, I have incurred $500 in bills to confirm their lab tests was incorrect.
